Very Important Vintage Native American Navajo Turquoise Sterling Silver Horse Bridle Headtsall

This is a museum quality Navajo horse bridal headstall. This fascinating horse bridal head stahl is incredibly important and absolutely stunning. The stahl consists of a beautiful amount of silver works and old works with accenting turquoise stones. What makes this piece so special is that it was actually made for the barrell racing champion. This was the first prize for the Southwest Indian Rodeo Association. What an amazing piece? Check out the multiple gold works that are also located throughout the piece. The center turquoise and silver section measures around 4" X 4-1/8". This piece was made for the Coyote Springs Stampede Rodeo in 2011. The turquoise that is situated throughout the piece is Royston. Just an amazing piece. Sterling silver. Sturdy 418 grams.
