Very Important Vintage Native American Navajo Harvey Begay Sterling Silver Buckle Ranger Set

This is an astonishing vintage Navajo all silver buckle set handmade by one of the most famous artists in history, Harvey Begay. Harvey is one of the most famous and important Navajo artists in silversmithing history. He is the son of of the famous artist, Kenneth Begay. He has contributed a lot to Native American art. In 2005 Harvey was names an Arizona Living Treasure multiple award winner. The quality of silver work on this piece is just top notch, the silver work is perfect. Check out how he hand tooled this piece to have such a unique curvature that it does. That is so incredibly difficult to achieve especially by hand which this piece was done by hand. The buckle part measures around 2-1/4" X 2-1/4" and can fit a belt width of about 1-1/8" or less. The set includes three pieces. Sterling silver, marked. Signed by Navajo artist, Harvey Begay .
