Very Important Vintage Native American Navajo Dan Benally (d) Turquoise Sterling Silver Bracelet

One of the best and original Navajo inlay artists to ever live, he will be missed. This is an impressive vintage Navajo inlaid silver bracelet. This museum quality bracelet was handmade by one of the best Navajo inlay artists in history, Daniel Benally and his brother. This piece is monumental as the inlay is top notch and the silver is incredibly thick and heavy. Daniel is one of our most favorite artists in history. Just check out that amazing inlay and accenting thick and sturdy silver works. Located in the center of the offset inlaid eye is a high grade Royston turquoise stone. The surrounding inlaid stones and shells consist of mother of pearl, turquoise, onyx, and coral. Accenting the borders of the thick and wide waving silver cuff are remarkable silver ropes. Situated on one end of the cuff is a hute sun bursting stamped silver flank pattern. The intricacy and detailing on this bracelet is absolutely phenomenal. The center stone measures around 5/8" x 1/2". The width of the bracelet measures around 1-3/4". Signed by Navajo artist, Daniel Benally . Sterling silver. Cir. 1970's+. The inside end to end measures around 5" with an additional 1" gap (6 inch wrist). Sturdy 110 grams.
