Very Important Phillip Sekaquaptewa Native American Hopi Turquoise Sterling Silver Necklace

This is a museum quality vintage Hopi very important turquoise and silver necklace handmade by the very famous artist, Philip Sekaquaptewa! The detailing on this necklace is just phenomenal and so impeccable. The necklace contains three hand carved geometric pattern silver segments with the center largest silver segment measuring a whopping 3-1/8" X 5/8". Resting in the center of the center silver section is a beautiful chunky Morenci turquoise stone that measures around 1/2" X 3/8". Check out those impeccable chisel works that are located throughout all of the remarkable silver geometric patterns. This necklace contains a superior sturdy and thick handmade silver link chain with a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Hopi artist, Philip Sekaquaptewa. The length of the necklace measures around 15-1/2". Sturdy 46 grams.
