This is a tremendous vintage Navajo turquoise cluster silver bracelet. This outstanding bracelet contains a mind blowing plethora of hand cut teardrop shaped Royston turquoise stones. The Royston Turquoise Mine is a famous turquoise mine located in Nevada, USA. It is known for producing high-quality turquoise with a distinctive color and matrix pattern. The mine has been in operation since the early 1900s and has produced some of the most valuable and sought-after turquoise in the world. The Royston Turquoise Mine is actually a collection of mines located in the Royston Hills in central Nevada. The area has been mined for turquoise by both Native Americans and non-Native Americans for centuries. Today, the mine is operated by a few different families who work to extract the turquoise from the earth. The turquoise from the Royston mine is known for its unique color and matrix pattern. The turquoise can range in color from a bright blue-green to a dark green, with a brown or golden matrix running throughout the stone. The matrix is what gives Royston turquoise its distinctive look, and each stone is unique.Located throughout the impeccable amount of turquoise stones are wonderful silver works that consist of ropes and raindrops with a single large silver raindrop in the center. The height at the center of this bracelet measures a whopping 3-1/4" while the width at the center of the triple silver shank cuff measures around 1-5/8". The stones measure around 1/4" x 1/8".
