Theo Edaakie!!! Important Vintage Native American Zuni Bird Sterling Silver Inlay Necklace

This is an astonishing vintage Zuni inlaid large and long silver pendant necklace handmade by the artist Theodore Edaakie who is no longer with us. Theodore was born in 1911 and passed in 1987. This phenomenal necklace contains a large bottom rounded inlaid silver pendant that consists of a bird inlaid with mother of pearl, coral, opal, turquiose and brown shell. The pendant measures a whopping 5-1/8" X 2-1/4" including the marvelous three dangling silver inlaid sections. The intricacy and beauty on this piece is absolutely mind blowing. Running up the necklace are fascinating infinity symbol silver links with a traditional silver clasp. Surrounding the pendants are outstanding silver raindrops and shells. This necklace is top notch and so superior. Sterling silver. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Zuni artist, Theodore Edaakie . The length of the necklace measures around 33". Sturdy 97 grams.
