The Best Vintage Santo Domingo Chris Nieto Turquoise Necklace

This is an incredible vintage Santo Domingo important inlay necklace handmade by one of the most famous Santo Domingo artist of all time, Chris Nieto. What I love about this artist is that on his nicer pieces he will sign them which is very rare for necklaces. The necklace consists of fascinating gaspeite and lapis lazuli. The pendant is a wonderful hand carved feather. The necklace contains two accenting sterling silver, marked cones with a traditional silver clasp. The feather measures around 3-1/2" X 7/8". Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's/ 80's. Signed by artist Chris Nieto and also signed Santo Domingo Pueblo . The length of the necklace measures around 20". Sturdy 43 grams.
