This is an astonishing Navajo intricately inlaid horse silver squash blossom necklace. This remarkable necklace contains 6 outstanding inlaid horse squash pendants with the largest measuring around 2" X 2". The inlay consists of tan shell, onyx, pipestone and White Buffalo turquoise. The intricacy of the inlay is absolutely ijmpeccable and so detailed. Resting at the bottom of the necklace is a marvelous inlaid naja pendant that includes a horseshoe pattern with two more incredible inlaid horses. The naja pendant measures around 3" X 2-1/2". Resting throughout the rest of the necklace are impressive handmade round silver beads with a traditional silver clasp. This is definitely one of the finest inlaid squash blossom necklaces we have collected all year. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1980's+. Signed by Navajo artist, JD.
