Striking Big Big Vintage Navajo 'Super Long Cone' Turquoise Native American Jewelry Silver Necklace Old

This is an incredible Navajo Native American jewelry Native American jewelry / Santo Domingo turquoise and spiny oyster necklace. This piece contains two silver cones that rest at the ends of each strand, these are some of the longest cones we have ever seen which each measure around 3-1/2" long. The turquoise on this necklace appearing to be from the old Sleeping Beauty turquoise mine. Accenting the stones are marvelous orange spiny oyster shells. Situated throughout the entire necklace are fascinating white to brown shell heishi. The largest turquoise stone measures around 7/8" X 1/2" and the largest spiny oyster shell measures around 5/8" X 3/4". Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . The length of the necklace measures around 30". Sturdy 147 grams.
