This is an exceptional vintage Navajo turquoise silver squash blossom necklace being one of the best green squash blossom necklaces we have collected this year. This museum quality piece contains 18 amazing green turquoise stones that appear to be from the very rare and old Carico Lake turquoise mine. Accenting the stones are wonderful silver rounded patterns with accenting ropes. The character of this necklace is just amazing. The large double silver shank naja pendant measures around 3-3/4" X 3-1/8". The necklace contains a beautiful plethora of hand wrought round silver beads with a traditional silver clasp and old natural patina. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . The length of the necklace measures around 37". Sturdy 221 grams.
