This is an astonishing vintage Navajo turquoise and silver concho belt being one of the best vintage concho belts we have collected in a while. The reason why is because this piece is extremely old and contains the most valuable and old deposit Old Kingman turquoise that there was. This Old Kingman turquoise was in the 40's/ 50's and contains big blotches of pirite which is highly collectible. This outstanding piece contains 11 sturdy, heavy and thick silver conchos. The largest conchso measure around 2-5/8" X 2-1/8". Resting in the center of the conchos are marvelous large chunky Old Kingman turquoise stones. The largest stone which rests on the 3" X 1-1/2" silver buckle measures around 1" X 5/8". Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . This belt will fit a waist size between 31-1/2" and 40-1/2". Sturdy 364 grams.
