Space Inlay Intricate Vintage Native American Navajo Turquoise Sterling Silver Bracelet

This is a remarkable Navajo space inlay thick and sturdy waving silver cuff bracelet. This bracelet was handmade by the multiple award winner, Calvin Begay. This amazing bracelet contains a beautiful offset accenting very intricate and detailed space inlay. The inlay consists of onyx, white shell, opal, spiny oyster and gaspeite. Accenting the rest of the very thick and sturdy cuff are phenomenal deep silver carvings that include swirling patterns, geometric patterns, and flying birds. I just love the chisel works located throughout the cuff, beautiful! The width of the bracelet measures around 1-1/2". Signed by Navajo artist, Calvin Begay . Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1980's+. The inside end to end measures around 5-3/4" with an additional 1" gap. Sturdy 68 grams.
