Soaring Eagle Vintage Native American Navajo Turquoise Sterling Silver Necklace

This is a fabulous Navajo single stone silver eagle pendant necklace. This remarkable necklace contains a large accenting vibrant blue colored turquoise stone that appears to be from the wonderful Blue Diamond turquoise mine. The stone measures around 7/8" X 3/4". Located at the bottom of the necklace is a superior hand carved very detailed flying silver eagle with dangling hand carved silver feathers. Situated above the stone are two more detailed large silver feathers. This necklace is long and beautiful. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Navajo artist, J Piaso Jr.. The length of the necklace measures around 34". Sturdy 34 grams.
