This is a breathtaking vintage Navajo multiple strand turquoise necklace. This impeccable necklace contains a mind blowing plethora of hand cut large chunky turquoise nuggets that rest on 9 fascinating strands. The turquoise appears to be from multiple mines consisting of Royston, Lone Mountain, Sleeping Beuaty, and Bisbee. I just cannot get over how many beautiful hand cut chunky turquoise nuggets there are on this necklace. Resting at the ends of the necklace are large hand stamped silver drum beads with accenting rounded silver beads and a traditional silver clasp. Absolutely phenomenal necklace. Sterling silver. Cir. 1970's+. The length of the necklace measures around 25". Sturdy 285 grams.
