Roe Yazzie Native American Navajo Turquoise Heishi Sterling Silver Necklace
This is a superior vintage Navajo multiple strand turquoise necklace. This wonderful necklace contains 6 outstanding strands that consist of multiple chunky turquoise stones with a mind blowing plethora of hand cut brown shell heishi. I absolutely love how the necklace contains the 6 strands at the bottom and graduates into a single strand towards the top with seperating silver cones and beads. The necklace contains a wonderful traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Handmade by Navajo artist, R Yazzie. The length of the necklace measures around 34". Sturdy 90 grams.
