Rare Vintage Native American Jewelry Navajo Sterling Silver Shell Fetish Squash Blossom Necklace Old

This is a magnificent vintage museum quality Navajo Native American Jewelry fetish squash blossom necklace. This piece contains 19 fabulous bird fetishes. These types of pieces are incredibly rare and the stones are phenomenal which are white pearls that are hand carved into bird fetishes. Some of the fetishes are a very unique blue pearlish color. The wonderful naja pendant measures around 3-1/4" X 3-3/4". SUrrounding each squash and the beautiful naja are wonderful silver works that consist of ropes, raindrops and silver teardrops. Resting throughout the entire necklace are silver beads with a traditional silver clasp. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Navajo Native American Jewelry artist, JF. The length of the necklace measures around 34". Sturdy 235 grams.
