This is a magnificent Navajo Native American jewelry Native American jewelry silver squash blossom necklace being one of the most unique squash blossoms we have ever seen. This piece contains huge, completely hand carved silver bears as the squashes. The bears graduate in size measuring around 1-1/2" X 1-1/4" and the largest measuring around 2-1/2" X 2-1/8". The bottom bear squash contains an absolutely stunning blue turquoise stone appearing to be either Blue Warrior or Lander Blue turquoise. The stone measures around 3/8" X 1/4". Resting throughout the entire necklace are outstanding sterling silver basket beads with a traditional clasp on the end. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+.
