Opulent Vintage Native American Zuni Turquoise Sterling Silver Inlay Squash Blossom Necklace Old

This is a tremendous vintage Zuni inlaid squash blossom necklace being one of the finest Zuni squash blossoms we have ever collected. This piece is truly opulent and mind blowing as it belongs in a museum but can also be worn. This necklace contains 14 outstanding inlaid peyote birds including the two on the 3" X 3" silver naja pendant. The inlay on the necklace consists of old Blue Gem turquoise, coral, yellow shell, and brown shell. The silver works that surround each squash as well as the naja pendant include ropes and raindrops. Look at the fabulous natural old patina that rests throughout the entire necklace including the hand wrought round silver beads. The inlay on this necklace is top notch. Sterling silver. Cir. 1950's+. Signed by Zuni artist, Vera Luna . The length of the necklace measures around 32". Sturdy 212 grams.
