Opulent Vintage Native American Navajo Turquoise Slab Sterling Silver Concho Belt Old

This is an astonishing vintage Navajo large turquoise and silver concho belt. This is one of the best concho belts we have collected this year. Located on this belt are 11 fabulous huge turquoise slabs with the largest slab measuring around 3" X 1-5/8" being on the buckle. Surrounding the stones are marvelous silver works that consist of swirling stems, raindrops and ropes. The large silver buckle measures around 3-3/4" X 2-1/4". The turquoise appears to be from the old Royston turquoise mine. The total length of the belt measures around 50". Signed by Navajo artist, Les Nez . Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Sturdy 709 grams.
