This is a marvelous Navajo bear fetish turquoise necklace. This piece contains 11 fabulous hand carved turquoise bears with each bear measuring around 1-1/4" X 5/8". Situated throughout the bears and on both ends are amazing turquoise heishi with accenting silver cones and a traditional silver clasp. The turquoise on this necklace appears to be from the fascinating blue Royston turquoise mine. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . The length of the necklace measures around 29". Sturdy 31 grams.
