This is a magnificent Santo Domingo brass necklace. This museum quality necklace contains all brass works that consist of large 1" X 7/8" brass tubules with a phenomenal large brass pendant that measures a mind blowing 3" X 2-1/4" not including the impressive 1-1/4" X 1" brass bail. Resting at the ends of the large necklace are phenomenal rounded silver beads with accenting cones. Located in the large pendant is amazing Royston turquoise inlay. This piece is quite important and contains a remarkable plethora of disc shaped, hand cut spiderweb turquoise stones. What is really interesting is that even the bail is signed by the artist which means he or she was very proud of this piece. Sterling silver and brass. Cir. 1970's+.
