This is a magnificent vintage Navajo Indian chief head turquoise silver bolo tie. This remarkable bolo contains a beautiful arrowhead shaped silver bolo that measures around 2-1/8" X 1-3/4". Located on the silver arrowhead bolo is a marvelous arrowhead shaped Royston turquoise stone that measures around 1-3/4" X 1-3/8". Then situated on top of the stone is a stunning hand carved silver Indian chief head. The bordering silver works are incredible silver raindrops, wave works and ropes. Resting at the bottom of the wonderful 37-1/2" thick brown leather tie are stunning silver pins with accening hogan silver beads and beautiful dangling inlaid silver pieces. The inlay at the bottom include Royston turquoise, coral, onyx and mother of pearl. The detailing of this bolo tie is just impeccable. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . Sturdy 51 grams.
