This is an impressive vintage Navajo large chunky turquoise silver bracelet. This fascinating bracelet contains a beautiful plethora of large chunky green to blue colored turquoise stones. The stones appear to be from the fascinating Morenci turquoise mine. Situated throughout the stones on the outer edges of the face of the bracelet are some of the largest silver raindrops we have seen on a bracelet. Each silver raindrop measures around 1/2" in diameter, wow! This bracelet contains a superior thick and sturdy graduating triple silver shank cuff. The height at the center of the bracelet measures around 2-5/8" while the width at the center of the triple silver shank cuff measures around 1-5/8". Morenci turquoise is a highly sought-after variety of turquoise that was mined in the Morenci mine in southeastern Arizona, USA. It is known for its deep blue color with pyrite and other matrix patterns running through it. The Morenci mine was one of the largest copper mines in the world, and the turquoise found there is considered to be some of the finest quality turquoise ever discovered.
