This is an incredible Navajo multiple stone fetish necklace being one of the biggest fetish pieces we have sold this year. This necklace is extremely long. Look how intricate the hand carved turquoise bears are at the bottom with the largest measuring around 2-1/4" X 3/4". Resting throughout the large turquoise fetishes are more fetishes that are hand carved out of multiple stones and shells. The large bear fetishes appear to be from the Number 8 turquoise mine. Cir. Mid to late 20th century . The length of the necklace measures around 34". Sturdy 168 grams.
