One Of The Best Modernistic Native American Navajo Turquoise Inlay Sterling Silver Bracelet
This is a magnificent Navajo inlaid silver cuff bracelet. This outstanding bracelet contains a center oval shaped unique inlay pattern section that consists of orange spiny oyster shell, onyx and turquoise that appears to be from the rare Lone Mountain turquoise mine. The intricacy of the inlaid stones and shells is just amazing. Surrounding the entire cuff are phenomenal silver works that include geometric patterns with center chisel markings. Bordering the edges of the cuff are outstanding silver sun stampings with accenting line segments and dotted works. I absolutely love the workmanship on this thick and sturdy wide silver cuff. The center stone measures around 1" x 3/4". The width of the bracelet measures around 1-1/2". Signed by Navajo artist, Cecil Ashley . Sterling silver, marked. The inside end to end measures around 6" with an additional 1" gap. Sturdy 78 grams.
