One Of Most Detailed Vintage Native American Navajo Kachina Turquoise Sterling Silver Necklace

This is an impressive Navajo handmade large eagle kachina silver pendant necklace. This remarkable necklace contains such a detailed and marvelous bottom hand carved silver eagle kachina pendant that measures around 4-1/4" X 2-1/4" including the silver bail and dangling stone. The detailing on the pendant includes beautiful feather works, arrow patterns, a silver squash being worn by the kachina and pueblo patterns. Dangling from the bottom is a beautiful chunky Royston turquoise stone that measures around 3/4" X 1/2". I love the coiled silver necklace of this piece. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1980's+. Signed by Navajo artist, Nel Morton. The length of the necklace measures around 28". Sturdy 68 grams.
