This is a superlative Santo Domingo huge sponge coral silver ring. This is one of the largest coral rings we have ever seen. Sponge coral is extremely rare, unique and highly collectible. Surrounding the stone are impressive silver works that consist of a thick silver rope, channeled patterns and wave works. Even the shank consists of amazing sun stampings. The center stone measures around 1-1/8" x 1". The ring face measures around 1-5/8" x 1-1/2". Signed by Santo Domingo artist, Rob Tenorio . The ring size is around 9. Sterling silver, marked. Sturdy 27 grams.
