This is a remarkable vintage Navajo Native American jewelry Native American jewelry silver squash blossom necklace. This piece is amazing as it contains 20 fabulous all silver squashes that each measure around 7/8" X 1/4". Resting throughout the necklace are marvelous handmade silver basket beads with a wonderful traditional silver clasp. This must have taken the artist so long to complete this necklace as those beads are absolutely astonishing. Situated at the bottom of the necklace is an outstanding 2" X 1-3/4" silver naja pendant that consists of fabulous hand carved silver leaves and flowers with accenting silver ropes. Located on the naja are three fascinating old Morenci turquoise stones that measure around 3/8" X 1/4". Sterling silver, marked. Cir. Mid century . The length of the necklace measures around 25".
