Old Heavy Vintage Native American Navajo Turquoise Sterling Silver Concho Belt Old

This is a tremendous vintage Navajo huge turquoise and silver concho belt. This piece contains 10 fabulous large silver conchos that each consist of an old Blue Gem turquoise stone. The stones each measure around 1/2" X 3/8". The surrounding silver works on the conchos include amazing sun stampings, channeled zig zag patterns and plant works. Each concho measures around 3-1/8" X 2-5/8". What I really love about this belt is there are no butterfly conchos, just solely round conchos that are thick and sturdy. Located on the marvelous 3-1/8" X 2-5/8" silver buckle are two more amazing turquoise stones with accenting repoussed shells and stampings. Everything about this belt is just incredible even the old natural patina. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . This belt will fit a waist size between 39-1/2" and 47". Sturdy 506 grams.
