Native American One Of The Most Unique Vintage Santo Domingo Turquoise Inlay Necklace

This is a magnificent vintage Santo Domingo coral necklace. This remarkable necklace contains four outstanding strands that consist mostly of coral stones with accenting Sleeping Beauty turquoise, lapis, jet, and mother of pearl. Located at the bottom of the necklace are 8 incredible dangling shorter strands that consist of more marvelous matching stones and shells as the top four strands. What I really love about this necklace is the extremely large hand inlaid four sided seperating section that consists of more outstanding stones and shells. The detailing on this necklace is just absolutely phenomenal and so incredible. The artist beautifully placed tan shell heishi at the ends near the end silver cones. This necklace can graduate in length with the shortest measuring around 32" and the longest measuring around 36". Sterling silver. Cir. 1980's+. Handmade by Santo Domingo artist, Delbert Crispin .
