This is a tremendous vintage Santo Domingo inlaid shell pendant very long necklace. This phenomenal necklace contains a huge remarkable handmade inlaid shell pendant that measures around 3-1/2" X 3-3/4", WOW! The pendant consists of a fabulous large spiny oyster shell with inlaid Royston turquoise stones, mother of pearl shells and jet. The rest of the necklace consists of an outstanding plethora of hand cut red spiny oyster shells, purple spiny oyster shells, white stones, jet, and Royston turquoise stones. Situated throughout the chunky stones and shells are wonderful hand cut white shell heishi. The necklace includes three strands and is very long. Cir. Mid century . The length of the necklace measures around 42". Sturdy 225 grams.
