Native American One Of The Biggest Santo Domingo Turquoise Heishi Necklace

This is a museum quality Santo Domingo inlaid very large necklace. This impeccable necklace contains three phenomenal very large and intricate inlaid sections that each consist of jet, mother of pearl, spiny oyster and turquoise stones. The largest inlaid pendant measures a whopping 2-7/8" X 2", WOW! The intricacy of the inlay work is absolutely incredible. Sitauted throughout the entire necklace are 6 outstanding large multiple shell strands. The amount of shells located on these strands is mind blowing. Resting at the bottom of the necklace are four superior matching jacla pendants that each consist of more beautiful shells, rounded corals and phenomenal stones and shells at the bottom. The bottom shells and stones are in a large teardrop pattern and consist of Royston turquoise, jet, spiny osyter, and coral. The intricacy and detailing of this very large and long necklace is absolutely impeccable. Cir. 1980's+. Handmade by Santo Domingo artist, Crespin Family . The length of the necklace measures around 44". Sturdy 468 grams.
