This is a breathtaking vintage Santo Domingo inlaid large shell pendant necklace. This phenomenal necklace contains a mind blowing large inlaid shell pendant that measures a whopping 3-3/4" X 4" including the large silver bail. The inlay workmanship is just astonishing consisting of lapis, tan shell, turquoise, jet, purple sugulite, mother of pearl and Royston turquoise. The intricacy of the inlaid workmanship is just fascinating and so amazing. This necklace includes a wonderful handmade silver link chain with a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver. Cir. 1970's+. The length of the necklace measures around 31". Sturdy 80 grams.
