This is a breathtaking vintage Santo Domingo inlaid very important necklace handmade by one of the most famous Santo Domingo inlay artists of all time, Mary Lovato. This piece contains a huge inlaid silver hand that consists of turquoise and coral. The pendant measures a mind blowing 3" X 2-1/4". Located on the back of the pendant is beautiful abalone shell. What makes this piece even more unique is that it can be removed as a pendant and worn as a pin on a shirt. The silver link chain is completely handmade and contains a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver. Cir. 1970's+. Handmade by Santo Domingo artist, Mary Lovato . The length of the necklace measures around 27-1/2". Sturdy 55 grams.
