This is an astonishing vintage Cochiti all silver necklace. This extremely important necklace was handmade by the most famous Cochiti artists in history, Joseph H. Quintana. Jospeh has won pretty much all of the major awards. The advancement he brought to Native American jewelry is just mind blowing. This piece is one of the finest necklaces we have ever seen done by him as it is long and heavy. Check out those long tubule shaped silver beads with accenting hogan shaped silver beads. The heavy and thick naja pendant located at the bottom measures around 3" X 2-3/8". Sterling silver. Cir. 1960's+ . Signed by Cochiti artist, Joseph H. Quintana . The length of the necklace measures around 36". Sturdy 120 grams.
