Native American Important Santo Domingo Turquoise Sterling Silver Shell Necklace

  • $ 574.99

This is a tremendous vintage Santo Domingo very important turquoise and silver necklace handmade by the famous artist, Daniel Coriz. Daniel is one of the best Santo Domingo artists in history. This necklace contains two amazing heavy strands of large disc shaped hand cut turquoise stones with accenting disc shaped spiny oyster shells. Resting near the bottom of the double strand necklace are four amazing hand carved silver drum beads with accenting large silver beads. Chack out that impeccable double strand matching naja pendant that consists of more amazing disc shaped turquoise stones and spiny oyster shells. The silver bead and bail located on the pendant is just phenomenal and impeccable. This necklace can be adjusted in length with the shortest measuring around 37" while the longest measures around 40" long. I absolutely love all of the beautiful accenting spiny oyster shells situated throughout the piece with the largest measuring around 1" X 1/2" located on the silver part of the jacla pendant. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Santo Domingo artist, Daniel Coriz (located on the inside of the bail). Sturdy 215 grams.
