Native American Important Caroline Tawangyaouma Vintage Hopi Coral Sterling Silver Pendant

This is a breathtaking Hopi/ Navajo very chunky coral silver pendant. This marvelous pendant is very large and thick measuring a whopping 3-1/8" X 2-3/8". Located on this pendant are two impeccable very large and chunky coral stones. It is very rare to find coral this large on pieces, making this pendant that much more unique. Situated in the center of the pendant is a large hand carved silver leaf with accenting shells and raindrops. Bordering the entire pendant is a thick silver rope. The largest stone measures around 1-1/4" x 3/4". Sterling silver. Signed by artist, Caroline Tawangyaouma. Cir. 1980's+. Sturdy 61 grams.
