This is a fascinating Navajo turquoise silver spur bolo tie. This remarkable bolo contains a phenomenal working silver spur that surrounds a beauitful silver bolo with a center dome shaped Sleeping Beauty turquoise stone. The silver works that surround the stone are amazing and consist of shells, channel works and ropes. I absolutely love the uniquness of this amazing bolo tie. Resting at the bottom of the incredible 38" black leather tie are stunning long silver pins with accenting hogan beads. The bolo measures around 3-3/8" X 1-7/8". The center stone measures around 1-1/2" x 1-1/4". Signed by Navajo artist, JVT. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Sturdy 65 grams.
