Native American Authentic Very Important Vintage Cochiti Joe Quinatna Scarf Holder

This is an astonishing vintage Cochiti very impressive and unique turquoise silver scarf holder as it was handmade by the extremely famous and talented artist, Joe H. Quintana. Joe is the father of Cippy CrazyHorse who is also a very important and famous artist. Joe, the master silver smith artist, had an award made after him called the Joe H. Quintana Memorial Award for Excellence in Traditional Jewelry. This phenomenal scarf holder consists of a cow bell shaped silver holder with deep line segments and sun stampings. Located in the center of the holder is a beautiful rare high grade Morenci turquoise stone. The center stone measures around 3/8" x 1/4". Sterling silver. Signed by Cochiti artist, Joe H. Quintana. The pendant measures around 1" x 7/8". Cir. 1970's+. Sturdy 8 grams.
