Native American 286 Grams Women's Turquosie Coral Sterling Silver Squash Blossom Necklace

This is a tremendous vintage Navajo turquoise and coral silver squash blossom necklace. This remarkable piece contains 11 stunning dome shaped coral stones with 8 beautiful large chunky old natural Sleeping Beauty turquoise stones that are placed on the naja pendant. This is a very necklace that consists of 10 impressive silver coins ranging from the 1930's and 1940's. The wonderful double silver shank naja pendant measures around 4-1/4" X 4" including the bail with the accenting coral. I absolutely love all of the beautiful surrounding silver works on the naja pendant that consist of hand carved leaves, shells, wave works and ropes. Resting throughout the entire necklace are marvelous round silver beads with large end silver cones, coiled stems and a thick large traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Navajo artist, Ken McNelley. The length of the necklace measures around 37". Sturdy 286 grams.
