Melv Thompson Native American Navajo Royston Turquoise Sterling Silver Necklace

This is a fabulous vintage Navajo turquoise and coral sturdy silver necklace. This remarkable necklace contains amazing detailing and silver works that consists of a large beautiful unique shaped silver pendant. The pendant measures around 3-3/8" X 2-1/4" and contains amazing multiple textures, geometric patterns, line segments and a center running water stream. Accenting the pendant is a large 3/4" X 1/2" Royston turquoise stone with two accenting chunky coral stones. I love the beautiful silver sections that run up the entire necklace with beautiful sturdy rounded silver links. Situated at the top of the necklace are beautiful long curved silver segments that run into a sturdy thick traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Navajo artist, MT (possibly Melvin Thompson). The length of the necklace measures around 27". Sturdy 95 grams.
