Ken Lassa Opulent Vintage Native American Navajo Gilbert Turquoise Sterling Silver Necklace Old

This is a remarkable vintage Navajo large single stone silver pendant necklace. This phenomenal necklace contains a bottom large single turquoise stone silver pendant. The pendant measures around 2-1/2" X 1-3/4" and consists of a center large chunky spiderweb turquoise stone. The stone appears to be from the wonderful Gilbert turquoise mine. Surrounding the pendant are incredible silver works that consist of ropes, wave works, raindrops and detailed leaves. The intricacy on this pendant is absolutely beautiful. Running up the very long necklace are impressive handmade round and torpedo shaped silver bads with a traditional silver clasp. The old natural patina on this necklace is fascinating. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . Handmade by Navajo artist, Ken Lassa. The length of the necklace measures around 37". Sturdy 93 grams.
