John And Roberta Vintage Native American Zuni Turquoise Sterling Silver Ranger Buckle Set

This is a fascinating vintage Zuni inlaid ranger buckle set. This set includes a large inlaid silver buckle, two accenting inlaid links and a beautiful end inlaid silver tip. The inlay on this buckle set consists of Sleeping Beauty turquoise, mother of pearl, coral, yellos shell and onyx. I absolutely love the intricacy of the inlay work, absolutely beauttiful. The buckle alone measures around 1-3/4" X 1-5/8" and can fit a belt width of about 3/4" or less. The inlay works that are situated on the links and tip include Sleeping Beauty turquoise, onyx, and mother of pearl. Surrounding each of the pieces are wonderful handmade silver ropes. This buckle set contains amazing old natural patina. Sterling silver, marked. Signed by Zuni artist, Johnson and Roberta Banktewa. Cir. 1970's+. Sturdy 24 grams.
