This is a stunning vintage Zuni Native American jewelry museum quality pair of silver earrings made by the famous and recognized early artist John Gordan Leak. Leak was the first to implement black backgrounds into Zuni Native American jewelry jewelry and is was one of the highest skilled inlay artists of all time. He is extremely famous and recognized. This particular pair of earrings contain rare silver beads which rest on the outside. Cir. 1930's+. The earrings weigh around 8 grams.
