This bracelet was handmade by the famous artist, Johnny Mike Begay. The stones on this piece appear to be from the old Blue Gem turquoise mine. Surrounding the stones are impeccable silver works which include hand carved silver leaves, silver raindrops and ropes. The bracelet consists of a stunning triple silver shank cuff with the center shank being hand twisted. Johnny Mike was one of the most famous artists in history and is mentioned in a lot of Navajo Native American jewelry Native American jewelry books. The center stone measures around 1-1/4" x 3/4". The width of the bracelet measures around 1-3/8". Signed by Navajo Native American jewelry Native American jewelry artist, Johnny Mike Begay . Sterling silver. Cir. 1970's+.
