Important Vintage Native American Navajo Verdy Jake Turquoise Sterling Silver Ring

This is an impressive vintage Navajo huge single stone silver ring handmade by the very famous artist, Verdy Jake. Verdy is one of the best female artists and her workmanship is just impeccable. The ring contains a beautiful large dome shaped green Damale turquoise mine, which is a very rare mine. Surrounding stone are phenomenal silver bezels with an accenting silver rope. This ring is thick and sturdy containing a quadruple silver shank that runs into a single thick silver shank. This is one of the finest rings we have collected this year. The center stone measures around 1" x 3/4". The ring face measures around 1-1/8" x 7/8". Signed by Navajo artist, Verdy Jake . The ring size is around 7.5. Cir. 1970's+. Sterling silver, marked. Sturdy 17 grams.
