This is an impressive vintage Navajo Native American Jewelry large green turquoise and silver squash blossom necklace. This museum quality squash is one one of the finest green turquoise squash blossom necklaces we have ever collected. The piece is incredibly heavy and consists of 25 huge graduating green turquoise stones with the largest stone measuring around 1-1/4" X 5/8". The heavy and huge silver naja pendant measures a whopping 4-1/4" X 2-3/4" and consists of outstanding silver works. Each squash measures around 1-7/8" X 1". Resting throughout the entire necklace are phenomenal and huge round silver beads with fabulous silver geometric patterns. This necklace contains incredibly rare turquoise which appears to be from the old and uique Candelaria turquoise mine which is highly collectible. This necklace is so heavy. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. Mid to late 20th century . The length of the necklace measures around 33". Sturdy 549 grams.
