Important Vintage Native American Navajo Turquoise Craig Sterling Silver Bracelet

This is a breathtaking vintage Navajo single stone silver overlay bracelet. This bracelet is truly remarkable as it was handmade by the very famous artist, Hyson Craig. Located in the center is a wonderful old Sleeping Beauty turquoise stone that is surrounded by amazing silver works such as channeled patterns, ropes, raindrops and repoussed shells. Running down the ends of the cuff are precise and intricate silver overlay patterns. The attention to detail on this bracelet is mind blowing and phenomenal. The center stone measures around 5/8" x 1/2". The width of the bracelet measures around 1-1/8". Signed by Navajo artist, Hyson Craig and IHSS (Indian handmade sterling silver). Sterling silver. Cir. 1970's+. The inside end to end measures around 5-1/2" with an additional 1-1/4" gap. Sturdy 48 grams.
