Important!! Vintage Native American Navajo Gary Reeves Bisbee Turquoise Sterling Silver Necklace

This is an incredible Navajo important turquoise and silver necklace handmade by the famous artist Gary Reeves. Gary is one of the most famous artists in history and tragically passed away a few years ago. His stamp works are among the most famous in history and he always chose the best stone for his pieces. This piece contains a thick and outstanding silver pendant having a remarkable center dome shaped turquoise stone. The center stone appears to be from the very rare and amazing old Smokey Bisbee turquoise mine measuring around 3/8" X 1/4". Surrounding the stone are deep silver stampings that include sun bursting patterns, sun patterns and line segments. The pendant measures around 1-5/8" X 1-1/8" including the thick silver bail. This necklace consists of a wonderful silver link chain with a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Navajo artist, Gary Reeves . The length of the necklace measures around 27". Sturdy 23 grams.
