Important Vintage Native American Navajo Gary Reeves #8 Turquoise Sterling Silver Bracelet

This is a marvelous vintage Navajo single stone silver coiled bracelet handmade by the famous artist, Gary Reeves. Unfortunately Gary has passed away a few years ago. This is one of his finer coiled pieces we have collected. Gary was a stampwork and silverwork genius. This amazing piece contains a beautiful center square shaped Number 8 turquoise stone. Surrounding the stone are wonderful silver works that include repoussed flanks and shells. This bracelet consists of a thick and sturdy five silver shank cuff with three being thick silver coiled shanks. The center stone measures around 1/2" x 1/2". The width of the bracelet measures around 1/2". Signed by Navajo artist, Gary Reeves . Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. The inside end to end measures around 5-1/2" with an additional 1" gap. Sturdy 49 grams.
